Workshops can be tailored to frontline support staff, teachers, administrators, or board members. Attendees will learn who their customers are and how to meet their needs. They will leave with ideas for immediate implementation in their current jobs.
Public schools face opposition from many opponents who continue to share what they believe is wrong with public education. Attendees will learn ways to grow pride within their district and share points of pride with the community.

Crisis Communications
Unfortunately, every school will experience a crisis at some time. The district’s response will make the difference in perception and trust of the community. Participants will learn ways to prepare for and deal with crises when they occur and how to build relationships with media and community that will provide a basis of trust upon which to begin crisis communications.
